●Two years have passed since the shooting. What memories and feelings came back to you when you returned to Namegawa Valley?

CH: When I went back to the place where the four sisters had a picnic and played by the river, I remembered that I had taken photos there as well, and the fun memories came back to me.

YU: Like Chi-chan, it happened a long time ago, but I remember the path I took, and the memories come back.

●Looking back on those days, how did you feel when you acted?

YU: It was my first time shooting a movie, so there were a lot of things I didn't know at the beginning, like when to act, but a lot of people taught me a lot, so by the end I was able to really enjoy filming. I did.

CH: It was my first time participating in a proper film shoot, so at first I was very nervous because if I made a mistake in this scene, I would have to do it all over again, but gradually everyone With their support, I was able to fully transform myself into the role and perform.

●This movie is based on an incident involving the four sisters that actually happened, but have you ever thought about the real people?

CH: When I read the script, I acted while imagining how my character was feeling and saying these things.

YU: I was the opposite of Chi-chan, and I thought it would be interesting to have a completely different personality from my actual personality, so I played the role without really thinking about that.

●Please give a message to children of your generation.

YU: At first, I thought it was a little difficult to tell the story, but after watching it a few times, I think the idea of the four sisters came through, so I hope it can be conveyed to people of the same age as us. think.

CH: I want you to enjoy the movie by putting yourself in the shoes of yourself, thinking about what you would say or what kind of facial expressions you would make if you were in this position.

●The Red Thread is connecting more and more people, and this movie is starting to play an active role around the world. Do you feel that way?

CH: I haven't had any direct contact with people yet, so I don't really feel it, but I've heard that we've won awards and other things, and I get the feeling that people overseas are watching it as well.

YU: Nowadays, even if I win a lot of awards, I can't go overseas, so I don't really feel it yet, but I'm really happy to think that people around the world are still watching Akashito.

●We are finally planning to release it in our hometown of Ehime next year, but what kind of people do you want to see it?

YU: I would like it to be seen by a wide range of people of all ages, including mothers and fathers, but also strangers and friends.

CH: I want the people who supported me and cheered me on to watch it.

●What does acting mean to you both?

CH: I think it's about becoming the person in the script and conveying what that person was unable to convey.

YU: It's difficult to translate the word "acting" into other words, but the person I played was a real person, so I think it meant getting into the role of Nanoka.

●If the opportunity arises, would you like to appear in a movie or music video? And what kind of role would you like to try?

YU: I think so!

CH: I think so.

YU: I thought it would be interesting to play a role that personifies animals or objects.

CH: I would like to play a mysterious girl.

●Looking back at the time of shooting, what do you think?

BE: I was so happy to be exposed to the nature of Ehime again, and the cherry blossoms were blooming, and when I shot the stage scenes for Cinderella in the cold instead of the warm weather, looking back, I realized that I We did our best. The river was very cold, and it was really cold, so I thought that it was because of that kind of effort that I was able to win the award.

YU: The night scene of Cinderella was very cold... Depending on the season, the cherry blossoms bloom or the autumn leaves bloom, but I thought this photoshoot was in spring and was very beautiful.

●What did you feel on the set of your first movie?

YU: Unlike on stage, the dubbing for movies is very complicated, and we had to re-record many times, which was tiring and difficult. When I watch a movie, I don't think about it too much, I just think about how fun it is, how interesting it is, how they did it, but the next time I watch a movie, I wonder how that scene was shot. I thought it would be interesting to watch it while thinking about it.

BE: In this work, I played the role of a mouse and appeared as an extra, but I think it was more difficult for the four sisters to film in the cold and in the middle of the night, but the cameraman and sound director I was surprised to see so many other people there, more than I had imagined, and I thought it was a very big event.

●The two of you also appeared in the music video “Hide & Seek”. What did you think?

BE: This time I performed as a singer, and I performed with Magdalena's music and Erica-sensei, but I liked the simple, TORANOKO-like lyrics that I had never sung before, and I thought they fit TORANOKO's worldview. I felt it. Since it was a music video, I thought we were able to win the award because we paid particular attention to things like the lighting, and the dancing and singing matched so well that looking back on it, it was difficult, but it was fun.

YU: I was nervous as it was my first online broadcast, but I was particular about creating facial expressions in Hide & Seek, so I hope people will see that. It had a unique atmosphere that was different from any dance I've seen before, and it was fun to see the world differently than usual.

●If the opportunity arises, would you like to appear in a movie or music video? And what kind of role would you like to try?

BE: I think so!

YU: Yes, I think so.

BE: Next time, I would like to play a human villain instead of an animal.

YU: I would like to play someone who is bright and energetic, or someone who is a bit mysterious.
